At Airland Furniture, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage deliveries.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays (for areas outside Nairobi).
Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight of the order, and delivery location. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Details
Our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability and location details.
Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the items.
For bulky or large orders, ground floor delivery is standard unless otherwise arranged.

Pickup Option
Customers in Nairobi may also choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse after order confirmation.
